Dave Orr has been a staple on the upper midwest blues scene for over three decades. Primarily known as a sideman on drums supporting artists such as Dave Rogers, Howard “Guitar” Luedtke, Kyle Renfro, Ross William Perry, and Big Daddy Cade, he is also an accomplished guitarist and vocalist. Holding down a Thursday night residency for over fifteen years and cutting his teeth as a frontman at LaCrosse Wisconsin’s legendary Nighthawks Tap, he rubbed elbows and jammed with artists including Phillip Walker, Chris Duarte, Bernard Allison, and Clyde Stubblefield. He brings to the Prairie Dog stage a variety of genres including New Orleans funk, cajun, delta blues, Chicago style blues and even some Santana. Featuring Dominic Orrico on Fiddle, lap steel, and harmonica, David Armstrong on bass, and Ryan Amble on drums, this band is sure to please!
