Via Automobile From La Crosse (going south on Hwy 35):
Take Highway 35 south to Prairie du Chien.  At the first stoplight in Prairie du Chien, take a right onto Blackhawk Avenue.  Go through downtown Prairie du Chien, and continue onward across the bridge onto Feriole Island.

Via Automobile From Illinois or SE Wisconsin (going west on Hwy 18):
Starting with the stoplight at Wal-Mart, turn left at the fourth stoplight in Prairie du Chien onto Blackhawk Avenue.  Follow this road through downtown Prairie du Chien and continue onward across the bridge onto St. Feriole Island.

Via Automobile From Iowa (east on Hwy 18):
After crossing the Mississippi River bridge into Prairie du Chien, take the first left onto Main Street to Blackhawk Ave. and then take a left across the bridge onto St. Feriole Island.

Via Automobile From Hwy 27 approach:
Highway 27 will turn into Blackhawk Avenue when you reach Prairie du Chien.  Proceed straight through stoplight and downtown Prairie du Chien.  Continue onward across the bridge onto St. Feriole Island.
